PNC occasionally needs to engage specialized services for real estate properties. These types of services may include, but are not limited to, the following examples.

When any of these special needs are identified, PNC will submit a request using a scope of service reference of "Customized Consulting". The consultants will review the Special Instructions, Needs/Requirements section of the bid request to determine the particular services that are being requested. Real Estate Administration may fax or email additional, detailed information about the work product to invited consultants to clarify the scope of services needed.
General Information
An executive summary should be provided at the beginning of the report, which includes the following information
Owner/Borrower Name
Project name and location
Description of the property and improvements
Statement of scope of work performed and assumptions made
Overview of compliance with regulations and requirements of governing authorities (include licenses, permits, variances, etc.), as applicable
Summary of issues identified, potential problems, and recommendations for additional investigations or exploratory work
Conclusions
Detailed Scope of Work
The detailed requirements of the Customized Consulting services are identified in the Special Instructions field of the bid request and may be augmented by subsequent email, fax, or written communication.
A detailed real estate property description form must be included as an exhibit to the work product.
