PNC Real Estate Finance engages third party consultants to perform project analysis and site inspections for new construction and existing buildings. We utilize these property inspections as one factor in evaluating the real estate collateral securing a credit transaction. This evaluation may be used to ensure or establish the value of construction work in place or to assess the current conditions of a project.

The services required will vary depending on the project type, development stage (proposed construction vs. existing building) and the specific terms and conditions of the credit transaction. This site provides an outline of the standards expected for each scope of service. The specific services requested for a project may be modified by the Special Instructions section in the Bid Request.
